• His expertise spans accounting and finance outsourcing, corporate restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), helping businesses optimise tax, streamline operations, and drive growth. With a strong background in due diligence, UK property accounting, and deal advisory, Sunil bring strategic financial solutions to empower businesses in dynamic markets.

• Qualified from ACCA, the University of Bolton, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, He is passionate about delivering results that maximise value and reduce risk.

• Following successful careers in professional football and teaching, Phil turned his hand to his original love: Accountancy and Payroll. After gaining a degree in Accountancy from University of East Anglia in 1993, Phil returned to the world of finance in 2019 when he established the FCSA-accredited Umbrella payroll company New Red Planet. Aside from leading the team at NRP, Phil also supports the running of DASS at an Executive level.
